1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Cybewave Studio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cybewave Studio is an AI-powered diagram editor and architecture discovery platform. The Service allows you to create, edit, save, and export diagrams using Mermaid and PlantUML notation, with AI assistance from multiple providers.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address and maintain the security of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system infrastructure.
• Abuse rate limits or make excessive automated requests.
• Upload or generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of diagrams and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., rendering diagrams, AI processing). We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before using it in production systems.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Data & Storage Limits

• Each account may save up to 100 diagrams.
• Diagram source code is limited to 50,000 characters per diagram.
• We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts and associated data after 12 months of inactivity.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Cybewave Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
